Meet The Consultant

Welcome to Coral Edge Consulting! My name is Kahnae Bean, and I am an expert in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) management with experience across both private and public sectors. Throughout my career, I have held several key positions, including as the Occupational Health and Safety Officer under Cabinet for the Government of Bermuda, Airport EHS Coordinator, and BELCO Environmental Technician. Currently, I serve as the National Disaster Coordinator (NDC) for Bermuda, where I lead disaster management and response efforts across the island.

With extensive experience in developing and implementing OHSE programs, conducting environmental compliance audits, and driving workplace safety initiatives, I have worked with a diverse range of organizations, from private companies to government agencies. Over the years, I have identified the growing need for an independent party to assist organizations in effectively managing OHSE risks, disaster response, and emergency planning.

In addition to my consulting services, I also teach courses such as Introduction to OSH and Workplace Accident Investigations. These courses are designed to provide employees with the fundamental knowledge and practical skills needed to maintain safe and compliant workplaces. Additionally, I offer tailored Workplace Safety Induction Courses that can be customized to fit the unique needs of your business.
